Recently, Associate Professor Wang Na of the School of Criminal Justice of our university declared that the all-English course of Criminal Law was approved by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, achieving a breakthrough of zero in our university's declaration of a model English-medium course for foreign students in Shanghai universities.
The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission (SEMC) has been carrying out the construction project of the English-medium model course for foreign students in universities since 2013. For the courses that have passed the acceptance of the construction period, the SEMC will award the title of English-medium model course for foreign students in Shanghai universities and allow the use of specific logos. The name and logo are valid for 3 years.
Through the implementation of the work of promoting the construction of exemplary English-medium courses for international students, IIC will gradually build an all-English international curriculum resource platform, laying a solid foundation for the construction of an all-English major, and eventually realize the multi-channel learning pathway for all-English international students online and offline.
